Biography
Iliana Ozuna is a family law attorney with a child-centered approach to advocacy. She began her legal career as a children’s advocate, representing minors in contested dependency proceedings, termination of parental rights and child custody disputes. Through that work, Iliana developed substantial litigation experience in contested matters, with a consistent focus on advancing children’s best interests.
She specializes in a unique area of family law called juvenile law, focusing on termination of parental rights, foster care adoptions and guardianships, stepparent adoptions, infant adoptions and probate guardianships. Iliana also assists clients with estate planning to support long-term care and permanency for children, providing thoughtful guidance tailored to each family’s needs.
