Why I Practice in Family Law: "There is nothing more rewarding than helping people build the families they have always dreamed of. By focusing the vast majority of my practice on adoption, alongside select work in assisted reproduction, I have the unique privilege of guiding parents through complex legal journeys. Ultimately, my goal is to help children find loving, permanent homes and provide the secure legal foundation that allows families to thrive."
Eric C. Freeby is a distinguished family formation attorney with nearly twenty years of experience helping families grow. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005, he focuses his practice almost exclusively on adoption law, providing comprehensive support in all its facets. Driven by a commitment to bringing families together, he also maintains select practices in assisted reproduction and appellate law. A perennial top attorney in Fort Worth since 2014, Eric is also a fellow and former vice president, deputy director of adoption and trustee of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys.
