Elizabeth (Liz) Vaysman is a family law attorney with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate the complexities of adoption and assisted reproduction. Liz guides her clients with warmth and expertise, drawing on her background working with adoption and surrogacy agencies, as well as years in private practice supporting unique family-building journeys.

In the field of assisted reproduction, Liz advises intended parents, surrogates, donors and agencies on the legal requirements for enforceable arrangements. She drafts surrogacy and donor contracts and manages legal proceedings to confirm parental rights.
